Dear Friend, You asked me how you could eat more healthily, and this is what I said, are you sitting comfortably? Now, forget everything you’ve ever read. Forget the dietary guidelines and all the hype around grains and please stop counting calories you’ll drive yourself insane. Health isn’t about worrying if you’ve eaten too much of this or that, focus on where food comes from and always cook from scratch. For health should be a priority to help us thrive in life, everyone’s on this journey so let’s get one thing right. Pre-dinner, dinner!

I remember the moment it all changed with some clarity, Natalie and I were in the car when she turned to me and said “I’m reading a book at the moment that you will hate”.
